Upon completion of your order from PayPal™, you can go back to your browser. Alternatively, you can go to your email inbox, open the receipt, and the title of eBook you have purchased will be displayed along with the option to download it. Simply click on that link and it will automatically download into your downloads folder. Be sure to check your junk/spam email folders as sometimes the receipt may fall into there. If that is the case, simply mark it is not junk/spam and follow the above process in your inbox.

Firstly, make sure that your purchase has gone through by checking your payment method. Then, select your browser button and you should see a download link from which you can directly download your eBook purchases. An email confirmation is also sent with a link, so you should check your junk/spam folder if you have not received the email in your inbox. If you have still not received the email, then email us confirming your email address, the date and time of your order, and your name and address.
A subscription facility isn’t available at the moment, but it soon will be. You don’t need to subscribe as it’s completely optional. However, if you do subscribe, you will be notified of new eBook releases and offers, such as discounts, which are given on orders purchased through newsletters. We hope to have this facility available soon. An unsubscribe option will also be available should you wish to unsubscribe later on.
Yes. You can pay with your debit or credit card through PayPal. PayPal gives you the option to pay by this method. However, we do recommend, as PayPal advises, that you set up an account with PayPal when using this method of payment. It makes things a lot easier for future purchases online, and your payment details are always secure.
If you have an eBook you would like us to sell, and it’s a free eBook, depending on the eBook, we may be able to place it on our website. Contact us with full details by sending us an email. Use the contact us facility on this website for this purpose. Alternatively, you can send your email to email@example.com and use the title “eBook submission consideration” in the first line of your message. We will then deal with your request as soon as possible. Unfortunately, at this moment in time we are unable to sell eBooks on behalf of customers. However, we do hope to have some sort of facility to do this in the near future.
Just use the contact us page or email any queries you have. We aim to respond within 10 days, although sometimes it can take longer.
